Guest guest
you know my dr told me yesterday that it was bad for me to live on liquids only. Even if it was a protein shake that had everything in it i could need, and if i was taking a multivitamin. He said same thing Vitalady says.. 1 meal 2 shakes.. he said i should be consuming real food of some sort each day. Please people, don't let the excitement of losing weight make you eat unhealthy. Going from overeating to undereating is not the way to do this!! Check with your dr. Mikki Re: Sugguestions/comments needed, Please!! Guest guest
btw, the entire reason this all came up for me is that I have been throwing up all solid foods, and basically living off of liquids only, soups, protein drinks, water, crystal light, etc. My doctor has ordered an upper GI, i have it at 9:15 tomorrow morning, they are checking for a stricture also, or that possibly my pouch is too small, etc. Will know something by tomorrow.. Guest guest
- You can still eat 3 small meals, but make sure they do not contain any milk or sugar. Watch the natural sugars in fruit. Perhaps making these changes will give your weight loss a boost, too. Good luck. Jeanne in WI Age 38 Open RNY 05/21/2002 314/ /150-175 5' 8 " djgraves@...
