Hi ,

A good place to start might be to cleanse your body from the drugs. Your

body has obviously rejected them but now you have to clean up the

residue. We have been talking about cleanses the last few weeks, perhaps

you could read some old posts. I just finished a bowel cleanse but I got

it from Canada from a friend. I did like it and will most likely do

another in a few months. Its best to have bowels and liver really

working great before you start supplementing. You can also start looking

at diet changes which without knowing your current diet, I cannot

comment on that. Why don't you fill us in on that, and any other things

you might be doing that would be considered helpful for your MS.
