Hello

Thank you for passing this along. When I first bought our house with my husband

he had the s man come and spray once a month. I told him no my mom had done

that growing up and the s man asked me one day he asked me if we had any

small animals cause he said it would probably make them sick or die...she would

have them come out if she saw ants...even outside....which thankfully she did

not spend too much time..she grew up in the city and I guess never saw

bugs...after the third month and finding two dead birds I got mad and told my

husband I could not have that going on. Then he wanted to use round up and I had

begun growing Dahlia flowers and all the dahlia growers say how far round up

goes and it hurts the dahlias so I wont let him use it. We have gardeners ( I

dont know why because we dont have a lawn and most stuff we can take care of but

my husband had the man from his old house) and they try to spray and I have to

go out and tell them never to spray no wonder now I only have one dahlia that

grew in my patch this year. My husband is on board now and he composts and now

we want to dig up more of our cement yard so we can plant more veggies.

Does anyone grow carrots? Are they hard to grow?

Happy Saturday everyone

Ciao-

Ange

Hi, Mercola had an article on herbicides-how they work-they keep plants from

absorbing nutrients, and when roundup gets into the soil, and also into our

bodies, it keeps the bacteria, and ourselves unable to absorb nutrients, and so

the bacteria are not there to do their job, and our bodies cannot absorb

nutrients. It is likely we all have some of those pesticides and herbicides in

our bodies, and the soil around us is likely damaged. I work for a

subcontractor, and his guys routinely use roundup.
