Maybe we could help and give you advise if you know why you are drawn to the *no no* foods. I am glad to hear you are back on track - that is wonderful. As for me inspiring you - well I thank you dearly but with all the damage I have done to myself over the last year I would have thought I would be the LAST one to inspire anyone. Also - what is your goal weight?? It would seem that if you are getting into the 120's you would be getting close to your goal and I think just about everyone struggles with those last few pounds. They always seem to be the hardest ones to shake off our bodies. So please to be patient with yourself and your body. I know for myself if I get impatient and upset with not losing then that is the time I will head to the high carb snacks and foods saying " well hell if I can't lose it doing everything right then why am I even trying " But we all know - this is NOT the way to think!!!!
