Corky how uplifting to read this email this morning. Way to go!! I guess the

wasas were part of the culprit after all. 2.5 lbs that is so

EXCITING!!!!!!!!

number, DIanne, is it by Tuesday? And then maintain til Saturday? This

mood, huh. I was very down last night and this morning, voila, I feel

WTG Corky :-)) And I know its hard to stay away from the wasa but

personally - I think that could have been the item that was keeping you

stalled (along with the cream cheese).

So you go for it now girl - you're going to make it :-)

Thanks for your encouragement . And did I tell you lately how great it

is to have you back on the list? Well, it is. You keep up the good work

too. I am going to really try and stay away from wasas today. May eat some

pork rinds with a little cream cheese instead. I don't really care for them

that much so maybe I won't eat too much cr. cheese.

Congratulations a!!! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I'm sorry I've been

such a diet buddy dud... there's no excuse for it besides drinking the tonic

water for a month every few days and not weighing in... I'm down to 187

right now, but still way off from you but you keep on going. You inspire

me! I'm going to get on my treadmill this morning and do my three miles.

Another thing I'm doing that is bad: I bought a cappucino maker and drink

too much coffee and cream. One more thing: Too little water. I need to

get back on track with these things.

So keep up the good work! You'll be the five pound winner in no time and

whatever happens: DO NOT GIVE UP!

Thanks for asking - I seem to be over the " slips and slides " that were

bugging me before. I was doing fine until last Friday night at our wedding

reception dinner (no biggie - family only, got married 11 months ago in

Vegas, and this was the one time everyone could get together), when I pretty

much dove head first into our wedding cake, and had it for breakfast the

next a.m. Of course, since I was bingeing (sp? binging?), we went out for

Mexican food for lunch. I think I used up my carb allotment for the year

just at one meal! Boy, it was good, but I don't know if it was worth it - I

felt absolutely ROTTEN the next day. Back on induction, and full steam

ahead.

BTW, just tried one of those " Protein Revolution " bars -

chocolate-hazelnut-toffee crunch flavor. Not bad, nicer texture than Dr.

A's ~..~ Christabelle (Who's hoping to get whomped on the head by the

whoosh fairy's magic salami very soon!)
