Weigh in/the pill/monthly goals

Well, I weighed in this AM. Down 2 pounds this week. Yeah! Aunt

Flow is visiting, so I won't know how accurate that is until next

week.

BTW....I have been on the pill for a month. I notived this month I

have had no cravings during the PMS week! woohoo! I was deathly

afraid of a weight gain, but I think it has actually helped. Last

month, I ate everything in sight. This month, I didn't want anything

out of the ordinary.

My goals for this month are:

1. Exercise 4-5x week.

2. Quit smoking!

3. Stay on track with eating!

I am not making any weight loss goals for the month. I am going to

quit smoking and I pray I don't gain any weight (extra prayers are

welcomed!). Hopefully with the exercise, I will still lose weight!

:) i really need to stop since I am on the pill and that increases

chances for cancer even higher. Ughhhh!
