911 day- TAPE local events-please :)

Hi Friends.

Tuesday is 9-1-1 day and NENA has been doing a GREAT job promoting various

events. I know that Intrado (SCC) did a big deal at the Rockies game in

Denver and honored a kid and a local dispatcher.

WHAT is your area doing AND if you have the chance, please video tape the

event if you are there OR if your local news covers the events. I also saw a

tease that the NBC evening news will have a 911 related story tomorrow.

Anyway- if anyone tapes anything neat, please let me know as PSTC will edit

the events together and make them available to anyone that wants a copy

(don't e-mail me yet with I WANT e-mails...let's see what we gather first and

I'll let you know what is available!!)

Thought it would be nice to have a global look at what happens Tuesday!
