Guest guest
Could you send me more information on the attorney considering a class action suit for saline? Thanks! Rogene
Guest guest
Honey, this is such an informative and loving email. Please do keep a journal of everything that has happened to you. This will help you later on when some of the symptoms start to go away. I kept a journal, and when I look back, I wonder how I made it through all of the bad things that happened to me. Thank you for all that you are doing for this group...you are a special Angel. Sending love always......Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~````````````` Re: Attorney? Rogene, The Attorney is my personal one, we have meet several times and talked on the phone. He has other Attorney's who are joining him, they were not aware of the problems and we been talking of this for months. I really don't know what else to say except he seems like a wonderful man and he truly cares for my health most of all and others. He has been to visit Dr. Kolb and he is interested in helping us. I don't know what else to say except maybe drop him a line and ask him what you want to know. They went to California and now he wrote to me today and ask: For those who have their implant still in them, there may be a way to file suit and force medical monitoring. I need someone who still has the implants. I have clearly told them no amount of money will give me my health back, but the run around woman get needs to stop. We need proper informed consents and we need doctor's to understand that stuff can grow in our implants. This Attorney seems to have always listened to me on any given time, even when I just need a shoulder to cry on. I really want them to let woman who are getting implants to be aware that a defective product is one of the risk. If this had been on the list of risk I truly believe I would have figured it out around 2 months Post-Op, instead of one year and 3 months Post-Op. This is my main concern for woman in the future getting breast implants. They are suppose to give you this pamphlet, well when you read it they all look fixable enough with maybe a future surgery. Truth is they forgot to add several warnings: Mold, Fungi, Bacteria growing in Saline, Defective Valves and enough said. This truly bothers me since it destroyed my life the way I once had it, Healthy. I hope to find help for them to proceed. Please contact him at anytime his e-mail is gofflawcinci (DOT) rr.com I am hopeful here since the Attorney's who started the class action for silicone was from the Cincinnati area. I know when I got implants I personally second guess silicone implants because of the class action dow corning, it is the saline implants turn for proper warning and for them to give back to all the woman destroyed from saline implants, even if it is $1 that is more than what we have now. Write Back. God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!! Donna
