Guest guest
Hi , I am afraid depression is one of the side effects of any of the CRAB drugs, I don't take any drugs, but studied these when they first came out for MS. All those injections for only 30% chance of improvement, I don't do 30%. .
Guest guest
: I have to apologize, I just read your message and it's late Sunday morning, it looks like you were up quite late and are needing some encouragement. You've come to the right place. Although I've been where you are, I can see things a little different now, at least I see the light at the end of the long, dark tunnel. I've believe that's why these people are here and I know you'll hear from more than just me. No one has a magic pill but I think we're all working on an answer. I'm not on anything basically but now I have something to lead me in the right direction, the glyconutrients from Mannatech, my friend, Roe, has helped lead me there. If for no other reason, I want you to know we're here for you. Just keep writing, I know, just having someone there means a lot. So, for all of you out there, your input doesn't go unnoticed even when you don't hear from us. Hang in there , we're here. Maybe not physically, but we're here. God bless technology! Edie depression Ok im having a huge problem with depression, I feel like dying everyday. I have been taking the injection Betaseron now for about 3 months and I dont think its helping me at all, I feel worse now then I did before. I dont know if I should stop taking this or continue. Guest guest
Hi , Your depression may be a side-effect of Betaseron. In any case, this site features a promising alternative treatment for depression: http://www.webspawner.com/users/ecsdepressiontx/index.html For a good detox/cleansing regimen, I suggest you consider the three day apple diet. Guest guest
Roopa, you will probably hope I don't respond to every post but some just warrant a reply. I'm glad you have had success with meditation, I think all would benefit from meditation with God. It was I was going through my e-mail that I came to an entry of a daily devotion I subscribe to and of all things, it was titled " when at the bottom looking up " . For those with access the scripture was 1 30. I hope I haven't overstepped by bounds, but Roopa I agree with you, we just may not have the same method. I just know has friends here. Guest guest
, Can I ask you something? How much sun do you get a day? My health isn't the best(obviously), but even if I lay a blanket outside and lay in the light for one hour, this helps. Even if you have to put six layers of clothing on to stay warm. Also, I can't avoid depression if I'm not getting adequate sleep. When we're fatigued, it's near impossible to feel like anything but death. Number one for me is getting sleep. Don't eat for a few hours before you go to bed and your body will rest much deeper. When there's food in your system that it has to work on digesting all night, this encourages brain activity, keeps all your cells awake and also causes nightmares. Stay away from liquids the last couple of hours, too, so you don't have to interrupt your sleep with pee breaks over and over. Don't do Ambien if your doc. tries to put you on it. Everyone thinks they slept when they were on it, but can't figure out why they're so tired and cranky the next day. Ambien erases your memory, so people don't remember they were really up walking around, even eating, having sex, etc. It's crazy stuff. And addictive as heck. Get in bed at a really early time like 8p.m. and read or watch t.v. quietly, to get your body prepared to calm down. Then turn it all off at around 9p.m. Get in bed even earlier if you can. Make sure you go somewhere every SINGLE DAY. Cabin Fever is a really bad thing, too! Force yourself even to go to the grocery store to buy some black licorice and that's it.. Whatever! Just leave your house at least once a day. Never leaving is enough to drive someone insane. Dogs that don't leave their property go nuts and have major behavioral problems. Scenery HAS to change. Vital! If you need more tips, let me know. love to you. Guest guest
Have you tried either St s' Wart or Kava Kava? Valerian Root is also helpful. Also, look into high doses of Vitamin B complex. Guest guest
Pro-biotics are supplement that replace the good bacteria that live in our guts. When we live on drugs or just live in this world our bowel balance can get messed up. Since the bowel is a huge part of our immune its important to start there to achieve the best health, that means mental health also. I use the Mannatech products, you can check them out online and then compare to a store bought variety. Try to get something similiar if you can. www.mannapages.com/morningsun GI-Pro is the product name tswonderfulspirit2002 wrote: > >What are pro-biotics? > > > > > >
