Guest guest Posted November 10, 1999 Report Share Posted November 10, 1999 hi all...i had posted a ? re: my husband's double vision since his decompression on 8/19....talked again w/ his neurosurgeon today and she said it is from the strain of meningitis he contracted after the surgery....enterobacter meningitis to be exact....anyone else been so " lucky " to have that? what were the results, etc....any help / info so much appreciated....he went to eye dr. yesterday to be measured/fitted for prism lenses to bring his field of vision into focus....it was just driving him nuts!!! the neurosurgeon says it typically takes 3-6 mos. to see improvement....he had become very agitated w/ it over the past few weeks, so thought we'd go ahead w/the expense of the new lenses and pray for the best....thanks for all your help....our every good wishes come your way!! becky and david Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
