Guest guest
I'm scared to join a finess center because my balance is off and I'm afaird I will hurt myself. I getting ready to find out some more info about swimming @ my fitness center. I want to try pilates also. I like to dance also but because my balance is off it is hard. Do you recommend anything for diet? My diet to me is good, but it can always be better. --- Beata Pladzyk wrote: > > > > > what do you do? I do exercise. Guest guest
I really have not changed much about my diet besides eating diary. I try to eat alot of vegatables also. I am now taking a vitamin supplement in the form of a shake. It seems to be working pretty well. I was doing pretty well recently; I don't know what triggered this but my doctor was no help. I whined up switching doctors because of this. I'm waiting for my new appointment. You said you like Yoga; I brought some yoga tapes to see what will happen. Because my balance is so off I find it hard to do. Still trying though. Any recommendations? Colleen --- Beata Pladzyk wrote: > > > Do you recommend anything for diet?
