As for the prayers, fingers croxed and thoughts those are automatic! Don't ever think its a request they are always there, I would say its more of a double prayer request! I remember just beaming ear-to-ear at each weigh-in, knowing I either hit or was very close to a goal. TN goals and a request Hi all, Just thought I would take a moment to share where I am in my goal searching. As of this morning I weigh 192. I have lost 116lbs! I have lost my sister . I am 2 pounds from the weight listed on my ID card. I am 38lbs to my ultimate goal which will put me at 1/2 of what I was. Now for my request...I am in the process of trying to adopt a little girl. I am hoping to adopt from Kazakhstan (used to be part of Russia). Things have slowed down considerably in this country and I am hoping for any support (crossed fingers, good thoughts, prayers) that you can send my way. Our birth mothers birthday is July 6th so she's hoping for that day, however, she went a month early with Mandy. A bit nervous as out of the clear blue sky the Birth father showed up Saturday telling the mother of our birthmother that he's always wanted a son etc. I've been told its something to be concerned about but not alarmed. I'm trying to remember the Lord is in control however, and I truly believe that he EXPECTS us to be parents to this little boy who we have decided to name MARCUS CHRISTIAN.
