Alison,

Thanks for posting these. I also try to make one green smoothie a

day. I find kale is almost flavorless compared to the other types

of greens and it is also a very good source of calcium. I like to

use melon and some frozen berries (we have millions of blackberries

right now). I find that other fruits are too sweet and I get

irritable from the sugar. I add a spoon of In-Liven probiotic

superfood in as well.

The ratio of fruit to greens according to is 60/40.

Maybe this is why you're doing so well now! 's family

started losing warts and moles that were there since birth and their

hair started turning color again where it was gray. I'd like to do

a green smoothie only diet for a month and see what it does. I'm on

the road too much though at the moment. Perhaps in December when my

business always slows down.
