Guest guest
Hi all Valarian is def a good one if u need more, the problem here is irregularities.. In my case, i get the amount i require, which is around 8hrs.. i cant stay up later than 9pm. I awake around 5am..then tired by mid morn. I take a siesta of about an hr early afternoon. If i dont, i wont make it till 9 even. The siesta helps a little, ( gets me to the 9 pm). My eating habits are good, i exercise regularly including yoga. Any suggetions for better sleeping patterns? Thnx. Helen xx > >Reply-To: mscured >To: mscured >Subject: Re: Sleep >Date: Wed, 3 Jan 2007 19:34:53 -0800 (PST) > >HI > Give this a try and see if you have luck, I did.
