I praktice yoga for almost 3 years. Often, I goes to fitness club and then I'm going to pilates, streching, TBC, BS, and yoga. And off course swimming pool! And I love to dance... So, I like to move all my bones and muscles. Diet and sport (rehabilitation) is really necessary for us. Even when I had a relaps I tried to move.
