Guest guest
I am writing to comment about the type of pillow used. One person mentioned using a fat pillow, but indicated that he/she probably has stenosis. With Chiari patients, a flatter pillow really helps immensely. It keeps from bending that herniation. It helped me a lot prior to surgery, keeping me from having strange episodes in which it felt as though all my air had been cut off. Using a smaller pillow is one of Bernie Meyer's symptom alleviations. Suzanne H., ACM 1, 20mm, decompressed January 13, 1998.
