Mick and all,

When you have a long URL (like the one

below) that may get broken up you can use a free service called Tiny URL –

its at http://tinyurl.com/

By using that, the URL given by Mick comes

down to http://tinyurl.com/ybfajw

- much easier to manage.

The site Mick refers you to is a newspaper

article about a bi-annual injection for impotence. It says in part <snip>

Men suffering from impotence would need just two injections a year to be able

to enjoy a normal sex life. <snip> but goes on to say <snip> Tests

of the therapy have already started in humans, and the first small trial using

the gene has proved that it is safe and works. <snip> so I think that

chances of any of our Members having been involved in one of these trials is

probably slim.

All the best

qualifications but I was diagnosed in ‘96: and have learned a bit since

then.

Subject:

The worst side effect I ever had...

Aside from temporary incontinence and ED (which is

getting better as

time goes on), the worst side effect to cancer I had was discomfort

from other people constantly telling me what I should or should not

do or be doing based on their own personal opinions, bigotries,

biases and/or prejudices.

I like this forum for the support, camaraderie, information

and " helping each other find ways to cope without being pushy " as

put forth in the group description, but I dislike reading continual

posts from people telling other people (especially unsolicited) what

they think they should be doing.

With that said: Here is an invitation for those who have practical

experience with the semi-annual injections as described in the

following link, I would like to hear from you about your experience.

it may

have to be copied in its entirety and pasted to the browser to

work...)

Happy holidays, warmest of wishes and best of health, Mick --
