As a sidenote:

Inosine has been somewhat beneficial in treating MS. It increases uric

acid levels.

Interestingly, Nicotinamide is very closely related to Niacin. Niacin

also is known to increase uric acid levels.

Perhaps, there is a corellation there . . .
