HI

Give this a try and see if you have luck, I did. Take your shoes off and stand

on the earths natural ground and what that does is puts the earths natural

electricity in your body it gets cut off from our rubber sole shoes.

I have had success with taking Valerian before bed. Also, a shower or soaking

in my whirlpool tub with epsom salts relaxes me. And yoga exercises help too.
