I know that a person could get carried away and get paranoid about the presence of parasites, but I do think that an awareness of them is a healthy thing and could possibly prevent future illnesses. Hi, , I agree about the parasite thing. My family and I went to the Middle East in '96. Egypt was a really wild experience, and I got sick at my stomach there with diarrhea and all. Even though I didn't drink the water, I must have eaten some salad or veggies or something that had been washed with the water. I don't know. But I did pick up something.
