I recently visited the PLS Website created by Reyerse and found two links to sites that discuss the baclofen pump. I had seen the second one before, but the first one is new to me. I thought it had an excellent overview of the pump and was well worth the visit. Actually both sites are very good but the first link has a better overview (my opinion). I really recommend checking them out. They also discuss some side effects of overdose and withdrawal.
