Ladies!

I am so excited because I lost 6 pounds last week. I know that it is a

lot but I would say three pounds of it was excess water weight left

over from my vacation but it is now gone! Good bye and good riddance.

I think I have finally found the right calorie, exercise, supplement

combination! After not counting calories for the past three weeks I

was so happy to see such great results this week when I didn't go over

1900 calories on the days I worked out! I might actually meet my goal

by years end!
