sherry, unless i'm very much mistaken, wireless carriers under phase 1 or

phase 2 are under no obligation to provide you with the data until and

unless you ask them for it. once your center requests phase 1 or phase 2 a

180-day clock starts ticking meaning that the wireless company must provide

the data to you in the 180 day time frame. of course your center must be

ready to utilize that data. they will not come knocking, you're gonna have

to ask.

on a related matter...did anyone here attend the wireless portability class

at the APCO conference? starting in 11/2002 wireless users will be able to

port their numbers to and from different wireline and wireless companies.

this is gonna be a real mess.
