No not bagels. :}} It is onion & Garlic BBQ sauce. I don't understand how but it has NO calories No fat No sugar annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd NO CARBS. And guess what ? It is pretty good. Here is something I'd definitely like to see... Low Carb products in a small enough quantity that I wouldn't be " commitment-phobic " about trying something new. For example... say I want to try Designer Protein Vanilla Flavor but only want enough to make one or two shakes.
