Guest guest
I have been doing yoga for a few months and have noticed increased flexibility from stretching and better balance. If you have difficulty with the tree pose, use the wall and place one hand on it and still do it on one side. Also looking in the mirror helps. My legs feel a little stronger and I am trying to strengthen my core. You can get tapes on yoga from the library or the MS society. There is a great one by Small who has MS and has been doing yoga for years.Keep moving. Guest guest
Swimming is great for us, but not in a chlorinated pool. Whatever lands on your skin gets absorbed into your body. Martha
