BTW, in the past few pre-Atkins years, I started using the food processor for bread dough - after reading about it in a Child book. I liked it even better than the mixer. Maybe because the Kitchenaid is so h-e-a-v-y and I have to lug it over to a different counter in order to use it. Now I have to either wait till someone comes from the States to bring me gluten, or make it myself - apparently it just isn't available here.
