Guest guest
Well, I've had about FOUR bowel movements this morning (accrediting that to the Epsom Salts because I didn't have so many with the first cleanse). I've eliminated a LOT of chaff and probably about 4 dozen stones of varying sizes - mostly green, but some tan. When I did the cleanse two years ago I remember the bowl being filled with the floating stones - there must have been hundreds of little ones. I'm guessing that in that cleanse I eliminated a lot that had built up over the years and that's why I'm not getting so many now? I know that in some places it's written that you aren't cleansed until you've passed 2,000 stones - but how can that be true for everyone? Everybody's body is different and some might just not have that many. I didn't count when I did it the first time, so I really have no idea how many I passed. I just remember there were a lot. So I'm going to be satisfied that the results I'm seeing now are good - for me. Hey, I'm just glad that all that isn't still inside me. It's really making me think more and more about what I'm putting IN, when I see what has built up inside over the years. Here's a question for you all. (Only out here could I ask such a thing!!). Do you save them? I know this might seem kind of sick to some people, but I have a lot of mine in a jar with vinegar to preserve them. I guess I just want to be able to show them to the doctor when the opportunity arises. I have to admit, though, that I'm kind of glad that I live alone so I don't have to explain to anybody why I'm so interested in what's in the toilet bowl!! Thanks for being there. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
If they're calcium they might dissolve in vinegar, I think >From: D <RACHD1961@...> >Reply-gallstones >gallstones >Subject: 2nd cleanse - good results >Date: Sun, 18 Nov 2001 05:15:50 -0800 (PST) > Do you save them?
