Roopa! I got my Triphala(ayurvedic purifier) This is such beautiful

stuff. My digestive history is so horrible. I might as well have

colitis or something. This is already helping and I looked up the

ingredients and it's just beautiful stuff. For those interested in

looking it up;

Chebulic Myrobalan Fruit

Amla Fruit

Belleric Myrobalan Fruit

I really think most of my problems are due to my messed up digestive

system/bowels. When I'm " clean " , I can't tell you how great I feel

and how well I sleep. It's almost as if I'm allergic to what's in the

bowels(sorry to be gross).

I'm mad at myself for ordering the pill form, though. I bet my body

would be even happier getting it in powder form. I have to get

through two bottles of these pills and then next time, I'll order the

powder. I'll probably be sending you thanks for the rest of my life! :)

That s really wonderful! Cant believe you worked on getting it so soon!

Since when have you been takin it? How has it been helpful? It would be nice

if you share such info. Any symptom that it caused ? Hope it helps you a

great deal! And thanks for writing about cleansing.

Take care and MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!

Hi,

Of course you can talk to your doctor friends and let us know. It is widely

used here and I did consult a herbalist about regular use. People might be

different you see.But it is a good idea.if you can talk to them. According

to me, it can be taken when your body tells you that you need it.It isn't

harmful though.
