Ok, I usually don't count my Sat. morning weigh in, but I probably

won't be home tomorow morning to weigh in, so I did it today.

Down 1 pound. Woohoo! So far I have lost about 16 pounds! I did my

measurements this morning too, here is what I have lost so far:

Starting weight: 246

Current Weight: 230

Chest - 3.5 inches

waist - 3.5 inches

Waist (2 " below) - 3 inches

Hips - 3.5 inches

Thigh - 2 inches

Calf - 1 inch

Arm - 1.5 inches

Total: 18 inches

I am soo happy! My clothes are fitting much better! I am no longer

suffocating in them. I don't look like I am still wearing my jeans

once I take them off! LOL

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Maybe I will bring my scale along with to my boyfriends house so I can

weigh in first thing in the morning. LOL!

Poor thing - it just all piles up don't it?

Well - one good thing about the flu - it's good for a few pounds

anyway :-)

Ask you doc about the CLA. Remember how it lowered my blood pressure

20 on top and bottom? It was only like 3 weeks time that that drop

occured.
