I know Dr. Kolb takes insurance but I didn't have any when I got my explant. I have heard of her fighting tooth and nail to make sure it gets covered. Wow that would have been nice to have insurance. I don't know if the donut lift is covered under insurance, you could e-mail Dr. Kolb for that answer. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
