BlankWhen I did my two gallbladder cleanses, I used the epson salts, but never

got any looseness of the bowels.

I wandered if I purchased the wrong thing from the drugstore. I thought

Magnesium Sulphate was the same thing?

If did in fact take the correct thing, does anyone have any idea why I didn't

get a loose bowel. Have been known to need dynamite to get me going!!

(joke)

Thanks Anne

Hi Anne,

Magnesium Sulphate is the correct thing. I can only tell you what

happened to me during my first two flushes.

Make sure you follow Dr. Hulgas formula to the tea. No foods after

lunch. Only low fat breakfast of fruits etc. Make sure you mix 4 full

tablespoons (not teaspoons) in the 3 cups of water. 6pm drink 1/4 of

the 3 cup mixture. 8pm drink the second 1/4 of the 3 cup mixture. By

the second drink, on both my slushes, my bowels opened and I released

a lot of sludge and some stones and some morning food. It doesn't

hurt at all. I actually went 4 times before I took the oil drink at

10pm.

If you eat a lot on the day before and the day of the flush you may

have a harder time cleaning out your intestines. Also, you may get

very sick.

One thing you can try is to use 4 heaping tblspoons instead of level

tblspoons. You should definitely get some action even if it starts at

2am or sometime the next morning after your 3rd and 4th drink of

epsom salts. Keep trying. Good luck.

Barry.
