Guest guest
Hi there, 13 years ago I had big bowel problems after IV steroids. I took Senna up to eight a day, I knew it was a bad idea. With laxatives it makes a lazy bowel plus bad urgency pain when it worked. I read an article on " La pacho tea " or it's other name " Pau D'arco " stating it was for Candida (also caused by the steroids) and I decided to try it. Drinking two cups per day, I started going to the toilet naturally, without pain. I still take my two cups per day and I do not have bowel problems. My husband who suffered from psoriasis at the time started to drink the tea. His ailment also went away. Why not look into it. This is not a laxative, an herbal tea that helps your body function better. . What do you guys recommend for a daily bowel movement? I don't feel constipated but I usually have a movement once or twice a week and I know that's not normal. Thanks. Heidi
