Guest guest
I just finished my second flush yesterday and WOW do I feel great!!! My first flush (2 weeks ago) produced around 20-30 stones but my second flush resulted in 60-70 stones. About 20 were 1cm - 2cm in size. A lot of them were only 2mm and 8 of them were even black pigment stones. The big ones were greenish pea color and I even cut one open to look inside. Inside was a dark green color through-out. I didn't see any core or center to it. Does this have any meaning for someone who may know about the inside of this type of stone? It was also very soft and mushy. Not like the hard marble I was imagining. The Epsom salts still produced watery diarriha after the second glass. Not as bad as the first flush because I used only 4 slightly less tblspns instead of 4 heaping tblspns the first time. This made a difference for sure. I laid on my back instead of my right side. Does anyone know why Dr. Hulga suggest back and Dr. Chang suggest right? I still don't understand why the two have different opinions on this. Can anyone figure that one out? I don't know if I still have the 1cm stone in my gallbladder that was visible on ultrasound but whatever came out sure didn't need to be there. I think they are coming out of my liver instead of my gb. I guess I will continue to flush every two weeks until they stop coming out. The cleanse really makes you feel good. I feel more clear and alive. I guess some people feel the same way about an enema even though I have never done one of those. The liver, stomach, intestine, and bowel all feel clean and new again. I want to get my liver back to baby food level like it was before it was polluted with toxins and junk food. I think it will really improve the way one feels about life and their health. I'm sold already. I will definitely continue until I know my liver and gb are clear and funtioning properly again. Thank you. Just wanted to share my experience and ask a couple of questions. Barry.
