Hi a,

I appreciate you sharing your opinion but I must say that I tried Primal Defense

and had a very bad reaction. It may be great for some but it certainly wasn't

for me.

Hi -

What do you guys recommend for a daily bowel movement? I don't feel consipated

but I usually have a movement once or twice a week and I know that's not normal.

For constipation, I use Dr. Schulzes Intestinal Formula #1. It's an all natural

herbal supplement. It works great for me.

Hi Heidi,

I found help with a natural product called Reliv. Between energy and having a

bowl movement everyday with in the first month made me the happiest person

around. Then things kept getting better and better each month. I'm now off all

MS drugs because of it.
