911:: Cell Phone Hang Up SOP

At my center, cell phone hang up calls are becomming a real problem. On top

of them tying up our 911 lines, we also must call back every cell hangup

just as we do hangups from home phones. And I fear that when Phase II

wireless comes into effect, we will be tying up all of our officers to go

chase down these cell callers (because we have do dispatch an officer on a

welfare check on all hangup calls from residences now). Is anyone else

having this problem, and if so, what is your SOP regarding cell hangups?
