Lori, This is an opinion only, with nothing to back it up, but I believe it

would be mini-Estrace, meaning that she is on a very low dose of Estrace,

probably 0.5 mg (the smallest tablet of Estrace made). I just can't imagine

that he would be saying many. Margaret

Hi everyone,

Well I almost made it through the tape and *sph this is the " last " patient.

Whadda ya know, a stumper! Any help is appreciated.

Patient with a history of small cell CA of the right apex of the lungs status

post chemotherapy and radiation 2 years ago, doing well. She presents for

evaluation of her current medical status. She complains of occasional cough and

shortness of breath. No nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, light-headedness,

bright red blood per rectum, melena, urinary symptoms, abdominal pains, fevers,

chills, arthralgias, or myalgias. She denies any weight loss. Further review of

systems is within normal limits.

PRESENT MEDICATIONS: *s/l Mini-estrace and Provera.

Mini or many estrace?

case. Your great, thanks again!
