Guest guest
Thanks , please tell us more about the 5 day cleanse. Raws? No oil or salts drinks? Have you done it yet? Guest guest
I imagine you were happy with it if you did it a few times, what changes in your body did you experience with it? > > No, but I have done Dr. Bernards Jensen's colon cleanse three or four times. > > > Allyn > > > > > > > > _____ > > From: > [mailto: ] On Behalf Of crayfishfeed > Sent: Monday, March 26, 2007 1:43 PM > > Subject: 5 day cleanse > > > > Has anyone on here ever done Dr. Schultz five day bowel cleanse or does > anyone have any opinions about it? > > > > > >

Guest guest
I had always had constipation problems which if found were alleviated. WE also did colonics because my ex husband had severe candida and it was part of the regimen we were using to heal his body. It was a few years ago so I can't remember but I would do it again. I have never done the cleanse outside of a longer liquid fast. I would go five days doing the liver cleanse and then 5 days doing the kidney cleanse and then start again until the fast was over. So it would be difficult for me to tease apart what was occurring because of the fast and what was occurring because of the cleanse (although the cleanse does incorporate 2 days of liquid fasting). One thing I did notice was that it made the first few days of a longer fast much easier. And I also tampered with the recipe using half olive and half coconut oil in the morning drink. On the other hand my sister who is not a WAPer is following a modified version of the cleanse at the moment in preparation for her upcoming wedding. She has lost weight, her energy has increased and she is getting rid of a lot of back end junk, lol! She said the first night of the cleanse she scared her daughter the smell was so bad in the bathroom. -- " I was turned down by every record label in LA. Perseverance is three quarters of the game. Do you think you have to fast with it? I wouldn't be able to b/c of my blood sugar and all, so I am wondering if it would be good to just take the intestinal corrective formula #1 and #2 > > > Has anyone on here ever done Dr. Schultz five day bowel cleanse or does > > anyone have any opinions about it? > > I have never done the cleanse outside of a longer liquid fast.
