That's an oversimplification of it, of course, but that's the general idea. I don't' know if it's online anywhere, but you can get the catalog by calling 1-800-HerbDoc. It's in that catalog, along with a plethora of other suggestions. Of course there's a lot of product in there, too! But this cleanse can be done without purchasing anything.
