Guest guest
I know I'm probably jumping in, in the middle of something here, but why would you use egg yolk? Egg yolk full of artery clogging cholesterol. Miso is fermented soy, why not try that for whatever you need? BTW, I use NOW Lecithin, and I think its made of soy. I doubt its fermented. Guest guest
Thanks Sue for your response, but no I don't want to take egg yoke Lecithin. After all the warnings the last few days on soy and the many soy products, I was just trying to decide which was the lesser evil :-) or if I needed to stop taking lecithin all together. I'm currently taking soy lecithin, but I don't want to take something harmful. Barbara
Guest guest
Kim, Soy is bad,run away..:)....I did Atkins and got really sick at first and then realized that you really need to take the vits and IRON...I was eating fish and chicken and getting no iron and that is what made me sick.I started vits with iron and re-started the atkins and lost 70lbs so far.BUT...I have had to change my meds in between because if you are not medicated properly, you will not lose weight .I went two months once not losing and then finally got my meds changed, lost steady after that. You need more meds probably to lose but I will tell you that being on thyroid meds will not necessarily cause you to automatically lose the weight you gained but it will stabilize your weight so when you do lose back to your " normal " size, you will stay there.
