I'm with you, Patty. I never knowingly ingest any artificial sweeteners.

They are man-made poisons. And you are right, every one of them tastes

nasty! I brought home some plain, non-fat yogurt from the store the other

day. It was a different brand than I normally buy but it was all the store

had at the time. I took one bite of it and it had a nasty sweetness to it.

Plain yogurt is not sweet at all! It had Splenda in it. YUCK! In the

trash it went.

When I bake at the holidays for my extended family, I use turbinado because

it does well in recipes. Other than that, I don't use any sweeteners at

all. Fruit is about the only sweet thing I eat any more and because of it,

I have completely lost my sweet tooth.
