Guest guest
I'm with you, Patty. I never knowingly ingest any artificial sweeteners. They are man-made poisons. And you are right, every one of them tastes nasty! I brought home some plain, non-fat yogurt from the store the other day. It was a different brand than I normally buy but it was all the store had at the time. I took one bite of it and it had a nasty sweetness to it. Plain yogurt is not sweet at all! It had Splenda in it. YUCK! In the trash it went. When I bake at the holidays for my extended family, I use turbinado because it does well in recipes. Other than that, I don't use any sweeteners at all. Fruit is about the only sweet thing I eat any more and because of it, I have completely lost my sweet tooth.
