my husband was decompressed in august of this year...prior to a

diagnosis of acm1 (took over 2 years and many dr's b4 diagnosis!!), his

main complaints were headaches, vertigo (severe at times, but always

there), etc....he was on sooooo many meds to try to relieve the vertigo

(b4 he was diagnosed), but nothing helped....finally he was referred to

a great neurosurgeon and she zeroed in on him right away!! after the

decompression, despite other initial problems that are since resolved,

there was no dizziness, headaches, vertigo,e tc....all symptoms have

been relieved...thank God.....don't know if i actually helped you out

re: meds, but did want you to know that his surgery cleared up his

problems...have you had surgery?? have a good day, becky
