Guest guest
Hi all, This is my first post to the group, so I just thought that I would tell you all my name and my weight situation at the moment. Well, My name is Nikki and I am 22 years old, and at the moment I weigh 174lbs which for my height of 5 foot 3 inches is quite overweight. I would like to weigh around 126lbs so I have a bit to lose. I did lose 14lbs by going to weight-watchers, but found it too expensive. Unfortunately I put the weight that I lost back on again. :-( I really want to lose this weight so all the tips etc that anyone has are welcomed! Thanks for " listening " Nikki ______________________________________________________ Get Paid... Guest guest
Wow, thanks for the advice on the water Ang! I did know that I was supposed to drink water, but I didn't relise it was quite that much, that seems an awful lot to me at the moment, but I will give it a try! won't I be in the toilet all day though? LOL Or will my body get used to the amount of water I am drinking? Congrats on your loss so far! Take care Nikki ______________________________________________________ Get Paid... Guest guest
Nikki Since October 2001, I have lost 23 lbs. My secret is that I am constantly eating. I eat a bowl of cereal with fruit. 2 hrs later I have a bowl of watermelon. 2 hrs later a small lunch. 2 hrs later another fruit and 2 hrs later I usually have a shake. I am constantly drinking water. I do cardio 3X's a week and afterward I lift weights.
