Where can info on MS vs. ALS be found?

I was diagnosed in March of 2002 just a few months after my 18th

birthday. I want to so some self research on the differences between

ALS and MS. Where would be a good place for me to start my research? My

MS exacerbation started out 6-8 months apart, then it started out every

two to three months. My last exacerbation was the beginning of July and

am now experiencing sysmptoms of another exacerbation. I was on

Betaseron and switched to Rebif around January. Any info. and/or advice

is welcomed.
