Guest guest
Wow Tina - you are only 29.89% body fat! 29% or 28.99% is in the acceptible range! How cool is that! WOOOOO your BMI is only 26! I started out a 42 and am still a 32! You're getting skinny! Let's see....Your BMR is 1436. That means that just to lay in bed and breath, your body will burn 1436 calories a day just to survive. You never wnt to go below that many calories a day or your body will start 'saveing' calories and slow down the motabolism. That's how we end up only eating lettus and not loosing weight :-) Now if your are lightly active or sedate you would burn about 1938 in a day. Moderatley adctive would be 2268 (like if you did a work out every day). And if you had a manual labor job, or really worked hard every day you'd burn 2727 calories a day. To loose the most weight by means of counting calories - you'd want to stay above your BMR but below your activity level calories (I always do mine with the light to sedate :-) Oh - I needed you b-day...I put in 10/14/56. Is that right? If I'm not I'll redo this real quick. Ang > woo hoo! thats good news Ang. I have never ask you for the bmi/bmr/body fat % because I know you were busy doing everyone's but one day when you get time could you please do mine also? No hurry on it though. > > What info do you need. I dont even know what all that stuff is for anyway. lol Except to know that you guys were talking about how many calories per day to have. That indeed, would be good for me to know. > > My waist is 33 and my weight is 158. Height is 5' 6 " probably by now. It used to be 5' 6 1/2 " but ive heard as you get older, you shrink. Boy, getting old sure does suck! LOL > Tina > vic, nichole, linda, iris, elana, debi > > > Hey you guys (vic, nichole, linda, iris, elana, debi) > I still have all you guy's info in the files - if you give me your > new weights I'll update and give you all new bmi/bmr/body fat % > figures. (Oh - if you want body fat % I'll need your waist > measurement to be accurte) > > My waist measurement went down by another 1/8 " ya! > Ang > > >
