Hi all, hope everyone is having a good weekend. Dh wanted me to ask

and find out about the transportation. does the shuttle pick you up

at the airport? if not how much does transportation from the airport

to the hotel cost? also, are there refrigerators in any of the

rooms? sounds like a silly question i know but dh is really a

stickler about eating out so much. he hates to waste money on fast

food. TIA, and have a great rest of the weekend.

I'll answer! The shuttle takes you to and from the airport to the hotel and

or hospital and it is free. What was the other questions?

The shuttle will pick you up at the airport. If they are not out there in

front, you can just call the Inn and have them send the shuttle. It only

takes 10 min. or so for them to get there? I think I remember it right. I am

not sure about refrigerators. We ordered room service (also ordered and

picked it up ourselves to avoid the room service tip) and ate candy bars out

of the snack machine. I was so out of it from pain medication, I didn't

really care. I just wanted to eat when I was hungry and not be starving and

in pain at the same time! There is a Mcs down the street. I remember

being able to see the golden arches from the hotel :0). I thought the

restaurant at the Inn was pretty good and fair priced. It is a once in a

lifetime thing, so I left the jar of peanut butter and loaves of bread at

home this time. LOL

Hope this helps, I wish I had more details for you.

The airport is like 5 minutes from the inn, a cab wouldn't be too

expensive. I was just there and didn't have a fridge. There is a

cheap fast food place a block from the inn called white castle, we

don't have those in oklahoma. There is also a resturant inside the

hotel. There is a convience store right in front too.

Thanks! We are landing at 10:00 at night. Does the shuttle run at night?

I'm spoiled. when I was there for my TR I made my husband find me a Sonic

for a Dr Pepper. We had our own car since we drove. However we learned a

lot about Louisville, so this last trip we drove all over the place.
