Guest guest
Marc, if you have been following this group for a few months now, then you would know that fasting is not something used often. They are just doing it now. ly, if I go one day of fasting, my heart starts beating irradically, and has been that way since I was a teen, thus I could never do it. I can't even juice fast past one day any more, or my heart does that. Actually my heart does that when I don't take my Ginger Root. I have been to too many docs, and they are all, " I don't know. " , and " Don't worry about it. " So thank God for the net where I can get some real treatment. Anyhow, I believe that nearly all diseases are caused by pathogens and toxins and lack of good nutrition. And we do talk about this often here. I have also learned that getting well is done by anyone who detoxes, rids pathogens and improves nutrition. There are many ways to do it, and nearly all work. Thus, it does not have to be one specific way and it will probably require more than one thing. I live as a normal person, but without my supplements, I am pretty much an invalid. Thus, I take cod liver oil for my fatty acids as well as take other supplements and eat healthy and am continuing to test for pathogens (next weeks, yea!), and to study the various ways to fight toxins and pathogens. I am currently de-worming my family with Vitaklenz for Kids, and then I plan on taking cellfood by lumina and I am reading the " Coconut Cures " book with high hopes for that. Many of the supplements I am currently on do detox and fight pathogens, but I need to step it up. I have had great success, but I am still dependent upon supplements. I think the pathogens keep you from detoxing, and the toxins keep the pathogens flourishing, and add the bad food, and you have no ammo to help yourself. This forum is kind of a family forum, in that we are kind of emotionally tied as compared to other forums. But we do appreciate everyone's opinion, and we would be glad to hear your theories and give you some brainstorming on your theories. Since my whole family is symptom-free, I have been quite successful, we just aren't cured yet.
