NO WAY!!! " Ang, Great will power girl!! We had our church's anniversary party on Saturday night and someone bought a hugh mango cake... with fruit in one of the layers and this mango icing... with mellon balls and strawberries on top with the whipped cream trim.... ( don't make a face it was delicious!!) and I couldn't help myself! I'll try your advice about the frozen yogurt... what brand do you recommend? Guest guest
The absolute best is this cheap stuff --- I don't even know the brand name...but iot comes in a plastic container with a lid that is a good tight seal...anyway it says in BIG letters frozen yogart. It is a white background with colorfull flowery like desinges (like one big 60's bloppy flower thing) - the fat free is unbeilievable...it is so rich (the chocolate) that I just take a big spoonfull and that's it! I can't find it here anymore and refuse to pay dieburgs prices...so I just don't remember who puts it out....but I'm pretty sure it's the only thing your going to find in a plastic REUSABLE container :-) If they don't have that I get the healthy choice or edies (Don't even bother with the fat free ice cream, just the frozen yogurt...the ice cream tastes like ice milk - yuck.) Guest guest
Isn't the low fat diet the coolest? I think everyone has gotten up and down for the last time tonight - I'm close to sneaking in and getting me a fat free cone too :-) Ang > I got the blue bunny fat free chocolate fudge brownie at walmart and it is pretty good. Guest guest
Yes the low fat diet is the best, for me , that's for sure. I remember now, that that is how I lost the 95 lbs. I had forgotten because it has been so long ago. But now I remember the doctor telling me that I needed more fat cause I was loosing too much hair. It was way too thin and I was freaking out. I remember also that once in awhile I would eat something with fat. Only about once every two weeks. I love shipleys hot glazed doughnuts and my son and I would go get two each. The best thing about loosing all your weight, for me that is: 1. my favorite thing: feeling sexy, therefore I acted sexy, in private, that is. 2. spoiling myself by wearing sexy underthings and sexy lingerie.......love it! 3. getting all the attention and stares from men. hehe It does make a person feel good The worst thing about loosing all your weight: 1. the flabby loose skin 2. you don't look as young. when you are heavy, your face is sort of puffed out and full but when you loose all the weight, your face looks sort of deflated. lol Tina Re: Digest Number 504- Great will power ang!
