Guest guest
I take that as quite a compliment! That's me alright...if you have a private e-mial adress I can sent you a 'whole person' picture...I am afraid to put body and head together over the internet...there are people who sign up for groups to go into the photo section and copy/paists pics and they do some pretty funky stuff with them. I try to always have my head turned to the side --- no head, no body --- somehow keep my identiy particaly consealed (I know, paranoide - but I know of a horror story or two I'd rather not risk) My belly is THE ONLY part that looks good or even close. I think I have a pic in the digital cam folder already from a few weeks ago full body I can send you...you won't see the tummy, as I am whereing a dress, but you can see from the top and the bottom (everywhere BUT the tummy) is not exactly pretty and 'done'. I think the major thing on the tummy was that after my surgery I HAD to do these exersices for all those muscles because they were cut. After that, I hurt my back to the point of not being able to move (literaly stuck at times)...so once they got the pain down I had to start more target exersices, most of which were for the lower abdomen and pelvic area to build strenght (I have sway back and other lower back problems that make it all but impossible to do regular exersice in that area, so prior to this - no muscle tone/no strenght AT ALL. I had no idea those exersices worked, because there was so much fat over it I couldn't feel them hard underneith. But that just has to be it. I do gain wieght in my butt, thighs and arms and face first - tummy kinda fills out slowely...and I've always carried my wieght well (I'll see if I can find a 225 pic to send you as well - but I doubt it as I usully ran and hid from cameras...even then, you can see in my face - huge and swollen, and my arms and legs and fingers that I am terrribly obese for my hieght...yet my stomack isn't protruding, it is just too big. > Ang- > I don't mean to be rude or call you a lier but i just looked at your picture > (the one with the boxers) and i find it hard to believe that you weigh 175 > pds. Guest guest
If you are pretty sedative to lightly active = 1396 If you are moderately active = 1884 if you are very active = 2652 Never go under 1396 or your motabolism will slow. Guest guest
Thank you very much Ang. I started changing my eating habits on March 4. Ive lost 40lbs and am at my goal weight now and trying to maintain. I have been with the group since March but must confess im a big time lurker but enjoy so much all the posts and they really motivate me. I have been here long enough to know the struggles you have gone through to be where you are now and I admire you for that. But I also resent anybody that just walks in here and blatantly accuses you of lying. If anything, you have helped and been there for everyone ( including us lurkers ). Keep going strong Ang, you are a beautiful woman, inside and out. . I guess maybe I upset a and should have postec to her privatley about my concerns for her and others here...but I didn't want it to go un noticed by those she may have been lurring inot the rx world. It is real easy to get just about anything you want - and it isn't the safest approach. She was angry, I understand that. Thanks again!
