Guest guest
Well Tris, You have such a positive attitude about all of this! I don't know that I could be so calm. As for the partial reimbursement, I'm not sure about that. Did you put the full $1500 on your credit card? Because if so, you can dispute it with the credit card company and tell them that there is litagation pending for unrendered services and they will temporarily waive the amount for you to pay until it is settled. Good luck with the casting and that is great that you will have a free place to stay overnight. Keep us posted! Guest guest
Tris, I have emailed an Attorney to see if he can advise us on what you should do. Don't know if I'll get a response, but I'm trying. I personally wouldn't accept anything from them except the full amount, but on the other hand, I'm thinking as long as you don't sign anything stating this is a final payment or anything, I don't see how by accepting a partial payment would jeopardize future full reimbursement. Please!!! Don't accept anything but full payment until we can see if we can get some FREE legal advise. Guest guest
Tris if you paid with the credit card you can get every cent back. Call the company and tell them to pull back the transaction due to them not rendering the promised services.
