flush - epsom salts?

Has anyone done a flush without epsom salts or organic apple juice, i.e.

only the olive oil/citrus mixture? I'm concerned about the long term effect

of epsom salts if I take it every two weeks for however long it takes to

clean my system out; at the same time I'n in a hurry to get rid of the gunk

inside me, so I don't want to space the flushes far apart either.

Any thoughts on the matter?
